RPA Developer - IT Automation (2-6 yrs)

Position Summary :

The RPA Developer perform diversified IT support services under the Team lead / Manager direction with minimum assistance. RPA Developer can make decisions on routine jobs except for unusual issues and circumstances. When such a situation arises, outline them to the IT manager, Directors or Partners and then act on their advice.

Performance Appraisal : Three-six months probation review, and then a Half-yearly review based on the calendar year

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Key result area :

a. Design, development, and implementation of RPA systems :

Major activities :

a) Create and build automation workflows, solutions, and reusable elements utilizing automation tools.

b) Work closely with business analysts to understand requirements and offer technical insight for automation implementation.

c) Address and rectify issues within automation processes and extend support to business users.

d) Post implementation monitoring and addressing issues if any.

e) Build, test, and monitor automation workflows to guarantee optimal efficiency in business processes, while minimizing the risk of errors.

f) Deploy automations in production as per the requirements and best practices.

g) Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment with priorities and resource allocation.

General :

a) Adhere to HR policies and procedures.

b) Necessary steps should be taken to protect the firm's interest.

c) Ensure minimum chargeability requirements.

d) Ensure a minimum PMS score of 3.9 consistently for further progression

Essential :

a) Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. UiPath experience is highly preferred.

b) Excellent knowledge in programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.

c) Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).

d) Experience developing and consuming APIs.

Desirable : Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning
