We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales (Sales Director) to manage sales for RX Indias diverse portfolio of exhibitions and events. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales and management, along with a proactive and resolute attitude. It is crucial for excelling in this position to foster enduring connections with clients and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
Leading and motivate high performing Sales team across India to drive revenue growth for segments shows portfolio.
Working with International Sales teams and agents to drive revenue opportunity from across international regions for Indian Show segments.
Managing Key Accounts and devising strategies to increase revenue across the portfolio
Identifying, strategizing and developing new show portfolio and new segments to launch exhibitions, conferences and shows. Achieving revenue targets for events and wider product offerings, with a real focus on digital products portfolio.
Ensuring great customer retention, NPS and building new customer pipeline across segments and shows.
Creating and building year-round bespoke proposals for sponsorship and digital opportunities. Supporting and promote sales excellence across the portfolio through coaching, training and sales hygiene.
Preparing sales forecasts, pipeline management and reports for the portfolio. Overseeing revenue collection via credit control teams, and managing debt forecasts
Requirements
Have proven track record of sales and management within a B2B environment. Experience of Value Based Selling, Customer Value proposition New segment penetration
Have success in achieving high-level targets for overall business portfolio
Experience of people management, building and maintaining customer relationships and delivering growth
Have excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels essential. Passion for results, target driven and great feet on street experience.
Experience of working in a highly results-oriented, dynamic marketplace. Have great knowledge and usage of Sales systems (Salesforce)
