Junior Civil Engineer (More than 8.5 CGPA - Mandate)

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Junior Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Engineer, you will be an integral part of our apartment building projects, assisting with design, construction, and project management activities. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of apartment building projects, including creating drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Support project managers and senior engineers in the construction coordination process, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and assist in resolving construction-related challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Support cost estimation and budget management activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in engineering and construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in construction or engineering projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
