Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Provide all necessary support to Project Manager in managing day-to-day site activities.
- Follow QAP and ensure compliance with the same.
- Ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Witness tests and prepare quality compliance reports.
- Maintaining test registers
- Knowledge of all material tests as per IS Code
- Prepare daily progress reports related to quality
- Monitor construction quality by filling out checklists and reporting defects (if any)
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a meticulous professional who strives to work as a PMC Project Engineer in large scale construction projects. Project Engineer will have to oversee quality of day to day site related construction activities and maintain documentations as per the Company's SOP.
Competencies / Attributes / Skills
- Familiarity with latest construction technologies / materials, good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS office
- Understanding of drawings, construction IS codes and standards.
- Willingness to go on medium to long term deputation on project sites
