Mechanical Engineer (Fresher/Experienced)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal

candidate should be a motivated individual with a strong understanding of mechanical

engineering principles, along with problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and grow

in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components.
• Perform calculations and simulations for mechanical systems and structures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all

engineering projects.

• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure product development meets

performance, cost, and timeline objectives.

• Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications using CAD software.
• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to resolve engineering problems.
• Participate in project planning and risk assessment meetings.
• Support the testing and validation of mechanical components or systems.
• Assist with the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Scope of Work (for Fresher or Experienced Candidate):

1. For Freshers:

• Provide training on core mechanical engineering concepts and tools.
• Assist senior engineers in daily tasks, including design work and testing.
• Learn and apply engineering principles in a practical setting.
• Develop basic models, simulations, and engineering drawings under

supervision.

• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities as part of a team.

2. For Experienced Candidates:

• Lead design and development projects from concept to completion.
• Mentor junior engineers or freshers, providing technical guidance and

support.

Analyze system performance and provide innovative solutions to optimize

efficiency and cost.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project

success.

• Ensure the application of industry best practices in design, safety, and quality

standards.

Required Qualifications:

• For Freshers: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering B.E,

• For Experienced Candidates: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical

Engineering with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and mechanical systems is a

plus.

Preferred Skills (for Experienced Candidates):

• Experience in automotive, HVAC, manufacturing, etc.]

• Knowledge of product life cycle management.

• Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.)
