Job description:

• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO modules, addressing any issues that arise.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
• Document configuration and functional specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users to ensure optimal use of SAP FICO modules.
• Ensure that financial and cost accounting processes comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• Generate and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
• Plan and manage SAP FICO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies.
• Identify and recommend improvements to SAP FICO processes and functionalities.
• Lead initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

Preferred candidates:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• ICMA (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants) qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of financial and cost accounting principles.
• Proven experience in managing SAP FICO projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
