IT Business Analyst, Remote

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and document business requirements for Transportation Management System (TMS) implementations.

- Configure and customize MercuryGate TMS to meet client-specific needs.

- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability.

- Provide training and support to end-users on MercuryGate TMS functionalities.

- Manage integration efforts between MercuryGate TMS and other enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, etc.).

- Develop functional specifications and work with development teams to implement system enhancements.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess TMS performance and recommend improvements.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within TMS configurations.

- Lead workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.

- Support project management activities, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest MercuryGate TMS technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience with TMS solutions, preferably MercuryGate.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and best practices.

- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
