Product Manager

What you'll do:

- Take complete ownership of the website, it's ranking, SEO and discoverability, features and visual design, and user experience.

- Understand the vision of Sustain and help identify the best feature set to showcase Sustain's content in collaboration with the content team.

- Articulate that vision in a project plan and drive execution with design and tech.

- Own the execution and coordination with various stakeholders as per timelines and work with content, design, tech, SEO to implement.

- Design a user journey that immerses the audience in the storytelling and helps them connect with nature by working backwards from the users' needs.

- Drive prioritization with development teams and communication with internal stakeholders including user testing with customers, and go to market strategy with marketing

- Use content metrics and other customers and support feedback to refine the customer content experience.

- Leverage market data including sentiment analysis and user experience data to identify high value, high impact content theme/topic opportunities

- Measure and track performance on a range of metrics to ensure we're building best in class content experiences

- Drive user engagement through innovative digital experiences and community-building initiatives.

- Monitor market trends and adapt product offerings.

- Build upon the users' interest in the content to draw them into getting involved with and giving to Sustain.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in product management in content-driven sectors.

- Strong understanding of digital platforms and user experience design.

- Passion for environmental conservation and community engagement.

- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with people at all levels and across multiple teams (including engineering, design, and product) to deliver great user experiences

- Deep understanding of how to drive customer engagement, leveraging analytics and turning insights into content development refinements
