Job Description

Position: Sales Engineer, Sr.

Sales Engineer, Territory Sales Manager -Inverters.

Location: Bengaluru (Karnataka).

Company: Rotomag Motors & Controls Pvt.

Ltd.

Division : Inverters.

Industry: Machinery Manufacturers, Inverters/ Variable Frequency Drives/ Industrial Electronics Product manufacturers.

Experience.

Sales Engineer: 2 to 4 years,.

Sales Engineer: 3 to 5 Years.

Territory Manager: 6 to 9 years.

Sales Experience, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical and power electronics products along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Qualification.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or equivalent field.

Profile.

Sales and Business Development:.

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, contractors and dealers to effectively sell the Rotosol Inverter product range.

Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Provide technical support and product information to clients.

Customer Support And Complaint Resolution.

Work closely with the service centre to address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied with the service provided.

Market Analysis And Reporting.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Collaboration And Coordination.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the territory.

Coordinate with the technical team to stay updated on product developments and enhancements.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Rotosol Inverter products.
