Job Summary:
Job Profile : Asst manager Inside Sales
Reports To : GM Sales
Qualification : Any Engineering with minimum experience of 9 years
Work Location : Borivali office
Job Responsibility :
Jobs performing managing the inside sales team to ensure accurate and timely support to the customers with respect to proposals and other technical queries/ documentation.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
1. Managing Inside Sales Team
1.1. Set Strategy and Target (Annually and individual project basis) along with Outside sales team
1.2. Manage team and coordinate job process with other departments
1.3. Training and Improvement of team
1.4. Coordination between Company Goal and Team Goal
1.5. Set and maintain process
2. Proposal Making activity (Standard Non Catalogue/ tender projects)
2.1 Timely preparation of proposal with correct specification as per RFQ
3. For non standard and complex projects, Selection of the appropriate product and
coordination of the creation of the product specification
3.1. Select the suitable product in accordance with the customers requisition
3.2. Support in getting the product specification sheet
3.3. Offer the products based on the basic plant application understanding
3.4. Ensure correct T Cs being quoted or agreed upon, safeguarding organizational interest
3.5. Discount or price negotiation including F8 coordination, though it s a key job of Sales team
4. Clarification of the product specification in accordance with the required code and
regulation
4.1. Check and apply the applicable code or regulation of the products in accordance with the customer specification
4.2. Determine the required inspection level for the product
4.3. Prepare the instruction of manufacturing to the related Departments, if anything special
5. Building up a closer bilateral relationship with customers by having communication
with customer regarding technical issue
5.1. Communicate with customer to fix the product specification to quote
5.2. Collect and analyze customers needs
5.3. Maintain the ARC
6. Create the Quotation tool
6.1. Be instrumental in creating the sales tools with basic function (Product sizing program, etc)
7. Manage Lead Generation
7.1 Managing the team of Lead generation and ensuring correct qualified leads are flowing through
7.2 Continuous improvement on the lead quality
7.3 Innovate newer sources or methods to enable smart working
8. Ownership and Accountability
8.1. To drive daily project related business and relatively complex daily business along with seeking instruction from superior
8.2. To seek any potential to reach to the given organizational initiatives and targets
9. Integrity
9.1. To understand complex business integrity and resolve issues related to company policy based on common sense most of the case and advise instruction to others based on experience as good model to indicate integrity.
10. Creativity and Innovation
10.1. Drive team to create new idea and area of work to learn more through daily work and also through different organization with seeking necessary support across organization if necessary and looking for area can be improved continuously.
11. Assist sales promotion activities
11.1. Prepare the technical presentation material
11.2. Prepare and submit the Engineering comment sheet to the customer
12. Propose the best solution to the customers
12.1. Give technical support to the customer for plant application Improvement
12.2. Visit the customers to have communication for the better solution
12.3. Propose the up-dated technical information to the internal / external customer
12.4. Study the competitor s technical specifications
13. Develop the skilled staff
13.1. Advise junior staff for technical issue
Tools Knowledge Basic knowledge of SOV
Software Skills Excel, PowerPoint, SAP outlook
