Rosemallow Technologies - UX Designer - Interaction Design (8-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our users.

You will leverage your deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability to create exceptional user experiences.

This position requires a strong portfolio showcasing your UX skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Interaction Design : Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to define the interaction model and user journey.

- Visual Design (UI) : Create high-fidelity UI designs that are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and accessible.

- Prototyping : Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.

- Usability Analysis : Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Design System : Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.

- Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure designs are implemented effectively.

- Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and addressing concerns.

- Advocacy : Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

- Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior UX designers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 8+ years of UX design experience in web and mobile applications.

- Design Tools : Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.

- UCD Principles : Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), interaction design, and usability principles.

- User Research : Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis.

- Prototyping : Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Technical Knowledge : Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.

- Communication : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and process.
