Legal Associate - Litigation

Preferred candidate profile

- Legal professional with a law Degree from a recognized university in India

- At least 2 years of combined legal experience in litigation and corporate law

- Knowledge of land titles and documentation processes

- Professional fluency in Kannada and English

- Strong drafting, verbal & analytical skills

- Ability to work efficiently and proactively on multiple projects under deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality

Role & responsibilities

- Manage legal affairs including litigations under various courts & forums in Bengaluru

- Prepare, draft and finalize various agreements such as sale agreement, construction agreement, sale deed, lease deed, tripartite agreement, MoUs, NDAs, JDAs, GPAs, notices, title opinions.

- Scrutinize land titles and documentations of immovable property and complete due diligence of properties

- Represent the firm before government offices, courts, tribunals, etc to resolve any queries

- Coordinate with external advocates to provide strategic legal advice and facilitate flow of information with senior team members
