Role & responsibilities

Prepare NC Surface of Various type of DIE(Draw,Trim-Cam Trim,Restrike-C Restrike, Piercing-

Cam Piercing)

Process Finalization, Initial Preparation for Simulation & Prepare ECR as Feasibility concern.

Analysis of Various aspects of Sheet metal forming to encounter potential sheet metal problems.

Development of Die Face in Cad for Draw, Restrike and Subsequent operations.

Surface Development for Part Quality.

Responsible for Blank & Trim Line Development.

Cost savings by process plans and improve Yield %.

Tool Tryout and Prepare Report of Tool Tryout Vs Simulation.

Coordinate with Tool suppliers for Tooling development and its prove-out.

Coordinate prototype reviews, resolve challenges with internal and external stakeholders including customers

Preferred candidate profile

Must have hands on exposure in Die - Designing for Stamping (sheet metal) parts with a sheet thickness range of upto 5 MM.

Diploma in Tool & Die or B.Tech Mechanical + Designing knowledge is must.

Expertise in sheet metal Stamping, Forming, and other related manufacturing processes.
