Job Description
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources.
- Preparing and dispatching HR letters as per employee requirements & company s standard processes.
- Introduce new employees to company policies and culture.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Monthly leaves, timesheet & expense verification in the HRIS system.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, maintain employee records, and assist with compliance initiatives.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and job satisfaction.
- Employee offboarding & guiding employees with exit formalities
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
