Role & responsibilities

1 Oversee the acquisition, maintenance and disposal of physical assets

2 Develop and implement assets management policies and procedures

3 Manage Inventory and Optimise Storage Space

4 Coordinate repairs, maintenance and upgrades

5 negotiate with vendors and suppliers

6 Ensure compliance wirth regulatory requirements

7 Analysis and report on Assets performance and costs

8 Fixed Assets Register maintenance and regular update.

9 Plan, Coordinate and Conduct Physical Verification of Aasets

10 Use of Tools for tracking and updation

11 Proper Documentation of Asstes

12 Renewal of Licences if any

13 MIS of Assets Status

Preferred candidate profile

• Age : 30-40
• Qulification - Bcom or CA Inter
• Experience : +5 Years
• Industry Exposure : Manufacturing Industry (Preferable FMCG)
• Language : English, Hindi or Bengali
