Assistant Manager ( Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor industrial construction projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial construction domain.
• Prepare proposals and presentations to attract potential clients.
• Client Billing & Documentation:
• Manage client billing processes, including preparing and verifying invoices.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of project-related documentation.
• Team Building & Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of project executives and engineers.
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Coordination for various industrial construction projects , Business development, Client billing and team building etc .
