Application Developer - VBA (3-5 yrs)

Job Title : VBA Application Developer with Microsoft Access

Experience : 3-5 Years

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office Preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance VBA applications and Microsoft Access databases to automate workflows and streamline business processes.

- Design efficient data models, queries, forms, reports, and user-friendly interfaces to meet project requirements.

- Troubleshoot, resolve application issues, and ensure high performance, data integrity, and security.

- Collaborate with teams to understand functional requirements and implement effective solutions.

- Provide comprehensive documentation including code comments, technical specifications, and user manuals.

- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and alignment with client expectations.

- Offer end-user support, including training, issue resolution, and implementing system enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of proven experience in VBA development, with strong expertise in Microsoft Access.

- Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Microsoft Access, SQL, and database design.

- Experience in creating tables, queries, forms, and reports within Access.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and independent work skills.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Microsoft Excel Macros and Power BI.

- Prior experience working with USA-based clients.

- Familiarity with project tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.

- Knowledge of Snowflake database, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery.

- Experience with Angular or React, and SAP is a plus.
