IT Expert For Microsoft Cloud Collaboration Services

Aufgaben

• Ensure the smooth operation of global internal Communication & Collaboration IT services
• Manage and maintain global communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft M365 (incl Teams) and Intranet via SAP Work Zone
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary changes through the whole lifecycle according to ITIL
• Perform preparation tasks, impact analyses and documentation tasks of related to new features and changes for administrators and end users in the form of FAQ pages and manuals.
• Support end-users in the effective use of communication and collaboration tools (2nd / 3rd Level)
• Align with other IT teams to integrate communication tools with other systems
• Collaborate as part of a one global IT Comm. & Collab service team
