Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Growth Strategy:
  
• Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product visibility and conversion on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.
• Marketplace Advertising:
  
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads, ensuring effective keyword targeting, bidding, and ROI maximization.
• Leverage marketplace insights to refine campaigns and improve discoverability of products.
• E-commerce Platform Management:
  
• Monitor and manage e-commerce storefronts, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
• Analyze platform data to identify trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities for growth.
• Search and Display Advertising:
  
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube) to drive high-quality traffic to e-commerce platforms.
• Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage visitors and drive conversions.
• Social Media and Content Ads:
  
• Design and execute campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop visually appealing and compelling ads.
• Website Management and Optimization:
  
• Manage e-commerce websites, ensuring seamless functionality, UX optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
• Conduct regular website audits to improve site speed, navigation, and user experience.
• Optimize landing pages and checkout flows to maximize conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  
• Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and SEMRush to track website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Generate detailed reports on sales performance, website traffic, and ad ROI, with actionable insights for future strategies.
• Campaign Optimization:
  
• Continuously monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and adjust campaigns for improved outcomes.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations.
• Budget and ROI Management:
  
• Efficiently allocate budgets across e-commerce, social media, and search campaigns to maximize returns.
• Trend Analysis and Innovation:
  
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, emerging ad platforms, and competitor strategies.
• Propose innovative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and platform enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in performance marketing, especially for e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and standalone websites.
• Expertise in managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce management tools like WooCommerce.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and user behavior tools like Hotjar.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRO principles for e-commerce.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for website management is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools for e-commerce.
