The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving the primary and secondary targets of the assigned territory. The manager will handle the General Trade or Beverages categories. The manager will be adept at identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and target accomplishment.
Requirements

Primary and secondary target achievement of the area
Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life
Channel Management
Cost Management
allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities
Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales-business generation and achieving budgeted figures and activity ratio on a monthly basis
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
