Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage inside sales activities to meet company goals.
- Interact with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Experience with Zoho CRM will be an added advantage.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information promptly.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the field sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
RequirementsQualifications
- Bachelordegree in Business Administration (BBA) or an equivalent background.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specially Zoho CRM is a strong advantage.
- 13 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team.
