Key Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into the company's database and Learning Management Systems with high accuracy.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies.
• Manage and maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Handle sensitive information in compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
