Job Description :

- 3-5- Years Expert ability to interpret and advise on accessibility standards, principles, techniques, and best practices (including WCAG 2.2, Revised Sec 508, WAI-ARIA, ATAG ).

- Expert knowledge of how applicable WCAG 2.1 success criteria map to development requirements for Web, iOS, and Android applications.

- Good understanding of Web Content and Mobile Accessibility Standards and Laws.

- Proficient in understanding and authoring test strategies and plans for WAI-ARIA.

- Proficient in carrying out comprehensive Accessibility testing of Web and Mobile applications including keyboard navigation, screen readers and color contrast tools.

- Usability testing - Good understanding of Simulations, Animations, Interactive content etc.

- Applying accessibility knowledge to a wide range of products, including mobile applications, Web applications, and Simulations/Animations.

- Writing VPAT documents & ACCR reports.

- Knowledge of how people with a variety of disabilities use assistive technologies (e. , screen reader, screen magnifier, keyboard-only access) and the ability to analyze the impact of a barrier to accessibility.

- Written and verbal communication skills able to present status, facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing, and organized manner.

- Flexibility and adaptability able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction, while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines.

- Good knowledge around- (HTML, CSS, Javascript).

- Communicate job related challenges and opportunities with promptness and clarity.

- Certified CPACC or DHS.
