Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving student enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to counsel students regarding educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Identify potential students through cold calling, referrals, and online inquiries.
  • Generate leads from different sources like social media, websites, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.

🔹 Student Counseling & Admissions:

  • Counsel students and parents about various courses, universities, and admission procedures.
  • Understand student needs and provide suitable educational solutions.
  • Guide students in filling out applications and documentation processes.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.

🔹 Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.
  • Develop strategies to improve student conversion rates.
  • Handle objections and address student/parent concerns effectively.

🔹 Market Research & Strategy:

  • Keep track of industry trends, competitive institutes, and market demand.
  • Suggest improvements in marketing strategies to attract more students.

🔹 Relationship Management & Follow-Up:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with students to facilitate their admission process.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

🔹 Reporting & Coordination:

  • Maintain records of leads, admissions, and student interactions in CRM tools.
  • Prepare reports on sales progress and student engagement.
  • Collaborate with different departments to enhance the admission process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in education sales or counseling is an advantage.
Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and negotiation expertise.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
