Job Description
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Python or Scala for data transformation.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and optimizing data.
- Familiarity with Apache Spark for distributed data processing.
- Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics and SQL Data Warehouse.
- Cloud Expertise:
- Proficiency in Azure ecosystem, including Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
- Understanding of Azure networking and security (VNET, NSG, and Managed Identities).
- Tools and Frameworks:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Azure (e.g., using Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
