Fieldglass Business System Analyst

Position Overview:

A Fieldglass Business Systems Analyst (BSA) plays a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of the Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS). The BSA plays a critical role in ensuring that the Fieldglass system aligns with an organization's needs and delivers value in terms of managing contingent workers, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering: Conducting Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs. Document their business requirements related to contingent workforce management, procurement, and vendor management.

2. System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, HR, and financial systems.

3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Works with and directs QA resources to develop and execute Test Plans, Test Scripts and all other deliverables and activities related to Quality Assurance of the Products.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Extract and analyze data from the Fieldglass system to provide insights and reports to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.

5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate system administration and troubleshooting.

6. Change Management: Manage changes and enhancements to the Fieldglass system by assessing their impact, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing updates.

7. Compliance and Security: Ensure that the Fieldglass system complies with relevant regulations, data security standards, and best practices. This may include implementing access controls and security measures.

8. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve contingent workforce and procurement processes and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Project Management: Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project.

10. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues and challenges that arise with the Fieldglass system, working with technical support teams if needed.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of work experience in a business analysis role
• 8+ years of work experience in the procurement application consulting domain
• Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and contingent workforce management processes.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions.
• Good communication skills
• Experience using Agile methodology.
