Role & responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Stock Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels, update stock records, and manage restocking activities to ensure product availability.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and other key metrics to support decision-making and business planning.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Tickets: Raising Customer support tickets for issues on business related.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the e-commerce workflow.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and efficient e-commerce operation.
