Business Development Executive

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for sales, client relationship management, and market expansion for Krautzberger products in the Chennai region. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who is eager to learn and passionate about industrial technology and business development.

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and engage potential customers in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and industrial coating sectors.
• Promote and sell Krautzberger spray guns, pumps, and coating equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Chennai.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best Krautzberger solutions.
• Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Analyze market trends and competition to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the internal team to execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Work with digital twin solutions and advanced analytics for sales insights.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for seamless order processing and delivery.
• Work closely with the technical team for product training and continuous learning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development (industrial sales preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic technical understanding of industrial spray equipment (training provided).
• Willingness to travel within the Chennai region for client meetings.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about technology-driven solutions.
• Fluency in English and Tamil (preferred).
