We are looking for a Junior Telecaller to join our team in Ernakulam or Thrissur
This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for handling calls and engaging with clients to understand their needs. Qualifications And Skills
Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
Active listening:The ability to listen to clients attentively and understand their concerns without interrupting. Persuasion:The skill to persuade clients and convince them regarding the services we offer. Customer service:A strong commitment to providing the best client experience possible. Problem-solving:Capable of identifying issues and offering well-thought-out solutions quickly. Time management:Efficiently managing time to handle calls and perform administrative duties. Patience:The ability to stay calm and patient, even in challenging situations with clients. Resilience:The capacity to bounce back from rejections and continue to remain motivated and positive. Roles And Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients. Engage in conversations to identify client needs and offer suitable solutions. Document client interactions and update relevant information in the database. Follow up on leads to ensure timely client engagement and satisfaction. Work closely with the team to improve service and meet company goals. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address client questions and concerns. Meet or exceed performance targets and KPI metrics set by the management. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Show more Show less
