Job Overview. We are currently seeking a mid-level Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Plumbing Design.

Qualifications And Skills. Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory skill). Solid experience in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years in a relevant field. Proficient in Plumbing Design, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems. Expertise in HVAC Systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Thorough understanding of Fire Protection Systems, including sprinkler systems and fire alarms. Knowledge of Building Codes and compliance with safety regulations. Ability to optimize designs for Energy Efficiency to minimize resource consumption. Strong Project Management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Roles And Responsibilities. Design, develop, and implement MEP systems for commercial and residential buildings. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software. Perform calculations for load-bearing capacities, energy efficiency, and cost estimations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Stay updated with the latest advancements in MEP systems and integrate innovative solutions.
