Job Overview. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Telecaller to join our team at RJ Solutions. The position is full-time and based in Ernakulam, Thrissur, or Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and excel in communication.

Qualifications And Skills. Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill). Active listening skills to effectively understand and respond to customer needs. Strong persuasion abilities to influence potential customers. Exceptional customer service skills to maintain positive relationships. Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues effectively. Time management skills to handle multiple calls efficiently. Patience to deal with varied customer interactions. Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Roles And Responsibilities. Make outgoing calls to potential clients to introduce them to our staffing services. Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information about our services. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and goals. Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner. Continuously update knowledge about the industry and company services.
