Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook pizzas ensuring high-quality standards at all times.

- Maintain consistency in pizza production while following established recipes and guidelines to meet guest expectations.

- Oversee kitchen cleanliness and organization, adhering to strict Health and Safety, Food Handling, and Hygiene standards.

- Ensure inventory is regularly stocked and well-maintained, collaborating with the Head Chef to manage food costs and stock levels.

- Contribute to menu development, offering ideas for new pizza varieties and seasonal specials.

- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations and ensure timely service.

- Foster a positive, energetic atmosphere in the kitchen, promoting teamwork and continuous learning.

- Take responsibility for food quality and presentation, ensuring each pizza meets the highest culinary standards.

- Monitor kitchen performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

- Uphold all legal and health regulations, ensuring food safety protocols are strictly followed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as Pizza Chef

- Strong leadership and management abilities, with a proactive, hands-on approach.

- Dedication to providing outstanding guest service and a passion for the hospitality field.

- Ability to think creatively and resolve challenges effectively, offering support when needed.

- High level of integrity, with the capacity to excel in demanding and fast-paced environments.

- Proficient in using IT systems across various platforms.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
