Brand Manager

- Riyoadvertising is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead and develop social media strategies tailored to the real estate market. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content creation, paid social media campaign management, and analytics to drive brand engagement and generate leads.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) for the real estate market.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging posts, videos, stories, and reels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to generate leads for real estate projects and listings.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and managing inquiries.
- Analytics Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media and real estate industry trends to apply innovative strategies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align on brand messaging, themes, and campaign goals.
- Hashtag Strategy: Optimize posts for search and increase visibility within target markets.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years as a Social Media Specialist, preferably within real estate or digital marketing.
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of social media platforms and optimization for engagement.
- Content creation skills, including design, copywriting, and video editing.
- Analytical skills for social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and familiarity with real estate (preferred).
- Work Environment: This role is on-site and cannot be completed remotely.
