We are looking for a Brand Strategist to shape and strengthen the brand identity of our businesses. This role is crucial in defining brand perception, enhancing market positioning, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will craft compelling brand narratives, create strategic campaigns, and collaborate across departments to drive brand loyalty and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Brand Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define and refine brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling to establish a strong identity in the market.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, internal communications, and customer touchpoints.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research to understand audience needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Content Campaign Development:
- Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality content to enhance brand perception.
- Work with content creators to develop blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters, and video campaigns that reinforce brand values.
- Develop brand awareness campaigns that engage target audiences and drive loyalty.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually impactful branding materials.
Collaboration Execution:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align branding efforts with business goals.
- Partner with design teams to ensure a visually compelling and cohesive brand presence.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners for creative and PR initiatives.
Performance Analytics:
- Track and measure brand awareness, audience engagement, and sentiment analysis to refine strategies.
- Identify key brand health metrics and report insights to stakeholders regularly.
- Use insights from Google Analytics, social media analytics, and customer feedback to improve brand perception and effectiveness.
- Report on branding initiatives impact on business growth and client retention.

Desired Skills:

5+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or a similar role, preferably within web design and development services.
Proven ability to create and implement brand strategies that drive business growth, particularly in the web design and development sector.
Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
Experience in content marketing, digital campaigns, and audience engagement.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Advanced data analysis skills to translate insights into impactful strategies.
Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and strong leadership capabilities.
Collaborative approach to team management and stakeholder engagement.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness.
Ability to interpret and present data effectively to make informed marketing decisions.
Proficiency with social media platforms and tools for analytics, performance tracking, and scheduling.
