Job Description
- Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication
- Lead the External Communications including content creation including creating background notes, reports, press releases, talking points, website, fliers, newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials etc, preparing policy representations and letters to government and stakeholders
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organizations mission.
- Drafts proposals for special communications projects; presents on and promotes these projects to management.
- Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new Projects, special events, local and National community service, and other topics of interest.
- Represents the company in a variety of settings, always promoting the company in the best possible way.
- Developed leadership messages and content for internal newsletters, announcements.
- Press Releases & Articles like Crafted and distributed press releases, authored insightful articles, generate buzz and maintain a positive public image.
- Conducted thorough market research and analysis to identify the latest industry trends and competitor communication strategies.
