Job Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting/Management Company Accounting: In this role, you will collaborate with a number of senior stakeholders at the time of new fund launches, assist in setting up complex fund structures and transactions, conduct historical as well as projected analyses of fund performance, conduct technical accounting analysis for complex financial instruments, and handle bespoke requests from various internal and external stakeholders.

- You will engage with various internal teams to gather and analyze data, understand workflows, and establish robust controls in the preparation and review processes. You will also coordinate closely with counterparts in New York to manage and ensure seamless project delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact and reviewer for junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will lead self-automation initiatives and collaborate with our in-house tech team to build better automation solutions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Basic qualifications:

- A master's degree in finance or Chartered Accountancy degree, along with 2 to 4 years of work experience in the financial services industry

- Self-motivation, a results-oriented mindset, robust analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, high attention to detail, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal skills
