Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and prepare billing for Subcontractors & Suppliers.
- Conduct rate analysis and negotiate rates with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly billings to clients.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
