We are looking for an Manager/Sr Manager Accounts

• Supervising and managing team which includes Job Profile configuration and setting the KRA for the respective individual team member.
• Managing day to day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation.
• Create new internal accounting corporate policies and maintain existing policies.
• Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the needs of the company and preparation of periodic budget forecasts
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analysis as required.
• Analyse monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively communicate with the management team on financial health of the company.
• Preparing year-end books for audit.
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
• Reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule of the company.
• Supervising payroll and help the concern departments wherever necessary.
• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.
• Adopt emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without compromising accounting principles.
• Prepare MIS for Management
• Apply Cost control and cost reduction methods
• Managing Cost of Production
• Liaising with factory and other departments
• Implementation of whistle blower policy in accounts and finance function
• Coordination in system developments and reports
• Bank coordination for operational issues
