Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on garments, fabrics, and merchandise to ensure compliance with company standards.
  
• Identify defects, irregularities, and discrepancies in products and report them to relevant teams for rectification.
  
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation of inspection results, including photographs and notes.
  
• Provide feedback to designers on fabric selection, dyeing techniques, and finishing treatments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in textile industry or related field (garments/fabric).
  
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garments, merchandising principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
