In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless supply of interviewers across 2000+ technology stacks while leading a dynamic team to meet operational goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Job responsibilities:

• Interview Panel Supply Management:
  
• Ensure the availability of on-demand interviewers across 2000+ technology stacks to meet the operational team's requirements.
• Fulfill panel supply requests in alignment with operational needs, including for weekday and weekend drives.
• Team Performance Management:
  
• Oversee the performance of the interviewer supply team by assigning and tracking targets to ensure completion.
• Monitor the quality of profiles sourced by the team on a daily basis.
• Maintain a performance sheet to track and evaluate the team's efficiency.
• Quality Control:
  
• Conduct regular checks on interview panels to identify suspicious or fraudulent activity, removing them from assessments as needed.
• Ensure interview and interviewer quality standards are met.
• Oversee the training and verification teams to uphold consistent quality.
• Operational Coordination:
  
• Participate in calibration calls with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand client expectations and align sourcing efforts accordingly.
• Provide SME support during calibration calls as needed.
• Day-to-Day Oversight:
  
• Manage daily assignments, live coordination, and support team activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle interviewer and panel queries related to payments, interviews, and dashboard issues.
• Maintain and manage an updated database of interview panels.
• Tracking and Reporting:
  
• Track the number of CVs sourced by the team daily and ensure alignment with set goals.
• Monitor and address any panel-related issues in a timely manner.
