Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
   
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
2. Sourcing and Screening:
   
• Use various sourcing techniques, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with the role.
3. Coordination:
   
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with both candidates and hiring teams for seamless execution of the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
4. Market Research:
   
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and industry practices to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
   
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate databases, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress.
