Business Development Manager

RISE Institute is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener and have a compelling sales personality.

Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Contacting potential clients (schools) to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations, institutions and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and increasing collaborations with RISE.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
