Engineering Manager/Technical Lead - Computer Vision (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Looking for a Computer Vision Engineering Manager / Technical Lead to spearhead the end-to-end lifecycle of our computer vision projects.

This role demands a unique blend of technical prowess and leadership guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Architect and refine computer vision models and data management systems, utilizing sklearn, numpy, pandas, PyTorch, and matplotlib.

- Develop and maintain tools for model training, evaluation, and iterative improvement, integrating with AWS and deploying via FastAPI.

- Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices to streamline project delivery while maintaining high system performance.

- Collaborate across teams to integrate ML solutions into Cashify's offerings, ensuring scalability through AWS infrastructure.

- Uphold coding standards, system design, and architectural best practices, fostering clean and maintainable codebases.

- Define and optimize performance metrics for ML systems, ensuring performance accuracy and efficiency.

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years experience in computer vision and machine learning.

- Proficiency in ML libraries (sklearn, numpy, pandas), framework (PyTorch, matplotlib), SQLAlchemy, and FastAPI.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, and MLOps, and familiarity with data warehousing and event-driven systems.

- Proven leadership in managing diverse technical teams and delivering projects on time, with a focus on system performance and accuracy.

- Strong problem-solving skills, expertise in Python and other programming languages, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams
