Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Vision Engineer to accelerate the development and deployment of our AI-based solutions tailored for the manufacturing industry. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient, scalable AI models and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI/ML technologies, a track record of rapid solution development, and experience in deploying AI solutions in real-world manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop AI/ML models to address specific challenges in the manufacturing sector, including but not limited to vision-based quality inspection, predictive maintenance, and process optimization.

- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.

- Rapidly prototype new solutions and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and performance metrics.

- Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI/ML models and systems, with a focus on efficient deployment and integration with existing manufacturing processes.

- Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies that can be leveraged to enhance solution development and deployment.

- Work with deployment engineers and clients to ensure smooth implementation and customization of AI solutions according to site-specific requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and support for ongoing optimization and maintenance of deployed solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, preferably in the manufacturing industry or related fields.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and in working with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Experience with computer vision and image processing technologies is highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.

- Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
