The overall purpose of the job is to monitor and evaluate website traffic and search engine rankings, identifying optimisation opportunities, and developing plans accordingly. Main Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and develop content strategies centred around them.
Perform comprehensive site audits to proactively identify on-page and technical SEO opportunities.
Enhance search engine rankings by optimizing website content, metadata, and on-page elements.
Monitor website traffic and search engine rankings, identifying opportunities for optimization and creating plans for improvement.
Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities in technical SEO.
Develop and implement content strategies to support SEO and overall marketing objectives
Conduct A/B tests on SEO strategies and website content to identify and implement the most effective tactics for improvement.
Ensure the website is optimized for mobile search and performs well across all devices.
Manage and optimize SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc., to track website performance and make data-driven decisions.
Develop and execute a link-building strategy to enhance the website s domain authority and increase search rankings.
Optimize local search visibility through local listings, Google My Business, and local search strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content marketing campaigns that drive SEO performance.
Stay updated with the latest SEO developments, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to improve website performance.
Communicate SEO results and recommendations effectively to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
Proven experience in achieving top 10 rankings for websites.
Submit backlinks to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
Present weekly reports on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, website traffic, and other key metrics.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc.
Basic understanding of WordPress, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
Profile Management:
Regularly update and optimize social media profiles with accurate information, engaging visuals, and compelling copy, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilise social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics like reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Analyse trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and present detailed reports to stakeholders.

Essential:
A minimum of 4 years of SEO experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B and B2C environments.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO strategies.
Expertise in using SEO tools (keyword tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.).
Proficiency in core SEO elements such as on-page and off-page tactics, site-navigation optimization, internal linking, URL structure, metadata, headers, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and structured data tags.
Experience with revamped WordPress websites is a plus.
Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
A belief in taking end-to-end ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Desirable:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with both SEO and SEM- Minimum 2 years.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
