React.js/TypeScript Engineer (9-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Review requirements and translate them into technical implementations.

- Build and create modern web applications using the React ecosystem.

- Write component and unit tests using React Testing Library and Jest.

- Perform code reviews for other developers.

- Continuously look for opportunities to improve and optimize code quality.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve a wide range of technical problems.

- Effectively communicate and collaborate on design and technology with teams.

- Follow RingCentral internal coding style and principles to design and implement business systems based on requirements.

Qualifications :

- 9+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience building complex web-based user interfaces for enterprise-grade commercial cloud services.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience with React.js ecosystem libraries like Redux, Saga, and Hook Forms.

- Familiarity with the bundling process and how to configure Webpack/Rollup from scratch.

- Understanding of how to use browser development tools effectively in JavaScript code.

- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and achieve targets with minimum supervision.

- Experience with SaaS, distributed, highly available systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

- Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively present ideas and thoughts.

Required Skills :

- Deep understanding and practical experience with React, Redux, Saga, Hook Forms, and other related libraries.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.

- Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience writing component and unit tests using React Testing Library and Jest.

- Familiarity with Webpack/Rollup configuration.

- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
