India Certification Senior Lead Auditor-Aerospace

RINA is currently recruiting for a India Certification Senior Lead Auditor-Aerospace to join its office in Bengaluru within the Certification International Growth Division..

Mission.

The role focuses on planning, execution, and management of audits within our certification business, leading large and complex customer engagements, ensuring effective audit processes, compliance with standards, and fostering strong client relationships in Aerospace Management Systems Certification..

Key Accountabilities.

Audit Program:Prepare, manage, and control the audit program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

Document Review:Conduct thorough reviews of customer management system documents, including manuals, procedures, instructions, files, and records, to verify compliance and accuracy.

Audit Planning and Execution:Lead the planning and execution of audits and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Participate in and lead audits, conducting interviews, note-taking, and assessing the implementation of management systems.

Audit Result Definition:Identify and define audit results (Positive and negative findings as non conformities, opportunity of improvement); Report Generation:Draw up comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations for certification decisions.

Follow-Up Management:Manage the follow-up process, including tracking non-conformities and corrective actions, ensuring resolution and compliance.

Technical Review and Certification:Conduct technical reviews of audit files and propose certification decisions based on thorough analysis.

Skill Maintenance:Keep skills, qualifications, and certifications up to date by staying informed about industry standards and best practices.

Resource Performance Monitoring:Monitor the performance of resources involved in the certification process, providing guidance and support as needed.

Data Management:Maintain updated records of customer data and other information relevant to the audit process.

Customer Engagement:Manage commercial and technical meetings with customers, fostering positive relationships and addressing any technical concerns.

Large and Complex Customer Management:Independently manage large and complex customer contracts, ensuring the effective delivery of multiservice and/or multisite audits..

Scheme Management:.

To support and/or manage Aerospace Scheme in co-ordination with Head Office.

Education.

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications.

Lead Auditor status with an existing Certification Body for AS9100 Assessments.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Aerospace Management systems Audits.

Registration in OASIS database.
