Job Description
- Work closely with end users daily to understand their needs, resolve incidents, support business change, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Design and Develop Digital Banking Solution using Oracle Banking Digital Experience
- Lead technical design, development and delivery of Enhancements and Change requests.
- Building Customizations on Oracle Banking Digital Experience using Extensibility
- Provide functional expertise of the application.
- Participate in training activities for training and upskilling of the team member.
- Thoroughly document change requests, test results, and approvals
- Be a pro-active contributor in the delivery team organization which is running 24x7x365 and will require the ability to work flexible hours outside of standard business hours.
- Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experience.
- Day - Day coaching and mentoring of junior team members.
- Good Communication, Presentation and Customer Facing skills.
- Full Stack software development using Java, Web Services, JavaScript frameworks (JD) Microservices Arch
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
- Developing applications using REST APIs with JSON payloads
- Domain driven design or micro services architecture, Java Design patterns, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
- Developing REST APIs and front-end using Oracle JET components
- Full Stack software development experience in - Java/J2EE, JPA Webservices
- Bachelor s Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in BFSI domain with a special focus on Oracle Banking Platform, ODBX and/or Flexcube
