IAM Analyst

Job Overview

The hired candidate will partner with multiple departments, including stakeholders on a Global/Regional/National/Local scale within the Global Security & Risk Management function, Global Marketing, Merchandising, Global Technology, and Business Units.

The IAM Security Analyst/Sr. Analyst is responsible for incident management, service request fulfillment, change management, onboarding and offboarding user accounts, troubleshooting, and other administrative activities related to operations and projects.

Job Requirements

Education

• PG/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Relevant Experience

• 3+ years for IAM Security Analyst
• 5+ years for Sr. IAM Security Analyst
• Experience handling complex technical support issues in an enterprise environment
• Experience identifying, evaluating, recommending, and implementing processes, procedures, and tools to enhance existing capabilities and ensure continuous improvement
• Understanding of IAM Governance, Administration, and Identity lifecycle management
• In-depth knowledge of modern security concepts and their applications

Knowledge

• Advanced understanding of networking systems, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, exploits, and attacks

• General understanding of IT principles and governance frameworks such as ITIL foundation concepts
• Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, AWS, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with IAM tools (Okta, SecZetta, Oracle Identity Manager)
• Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (API) and development platforms (Postman)
• Experience with ServiceNow and incident management

Roles & Responsibilities

Identity and Access Management

1. Maintain, evaluate, monitor, and strengthen the adoption of identity practices, standards, and controls under the direction of IAM management
2. Execute and maintain existing User Access Review (UAR) control processes, associated quality assurance and review processes, and identify continual operational enhancements
3. Participate in IAM projects/activities, risk assessments, IT general control (ITGC) SOX, and other IAM actions
4. Work with IT application and database owners, infrastructure teams, IAM engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and recommend solutions to IAM-related issues
5. Maintain detailed records of access permissions, changes, and access reviews
6. Collaborate with application owners and leaders to address business and technical issues in deploying, governing, and extending identity services
7. Perform requirements gathering for automation
8. Assist in onboarding/offboarding applications into the Identity Management tool
