Purpose of the Role: -
The position reports to the Program Manager and is responsible to coordinate and liaise with stakeholders across division level on driving implementation of the program.
The position reports to the Program Manager DC is responsible for managing and developing relationships with organizations, industries, and businesses to place candidates in Apprenticeships or Internship positions. This position requires an individual with excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, who can effectively network and build relationships with key stakeholders in various industries.
The position holder will support the implementation plan while working closely with the division level stakeholders. The person will spend a significant proportion of time at ITIs, skill development centre and Industries.

Develop weekly and monthly operational
Ensure accountability of delivery on the achievement of pre-defined Lead implementation of the project on the field.
Build relations with ITIs, Skill development centres, Institutions, andCoordinate with students from ITIs, Skill development centres, Other Institutions to organize Interaction and Info-shop
Support it is to organize Apprenticeship and Rojgar Event (Apprenticeship and Placement Event).
Coordinate with Students and Industries to register them on NAPS Portal and create Provide support in the hiring and onboarding process.
Additional responsibilities will be assigned as and when required. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities: -
Graduate/ post-graduate degree in business, human resources, or related fields. Preferred 3 - 5 years of experience in Internship/Apprenticeship /Placement Prior experience of working with the district/ division will be preferred.
Result orientation, effective leadership, strong communication skills, stakeholder management, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with people from varied backgrounds and
Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with little
Possess good analytical, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal

Strong planning and organizational skills, and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet
